Policies below reflect the expectations set by CBA Sports LLC. Time off requests are scheduled in accordance with anticipated Client needs. Client visit patterns are studied by Team Leader and the Manager, and weekly schedules are set accordingly. Special circumstances may be taken into consideration.
Blackout Dates
Please note blackout dates when requesting any time off that could impact your request. Blackout dates include the weekend and week before the Holiday:
- Easter
- Memorial Day
- Mother's Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas
- New Year
Once the schedule is made it is your responsibility to get your shift covered for the unapproved time request.
Time Off Requests
- Must be submitted at least two and a half weeks prior to the date of the request.
- Weekend requests (Saturday or Sunday or both): Must be six weeks apart. Weekend requests less than six weeks will be considered Special Circumstances and may be taken into consideration. A call out on a Saturday or Sunday will count as a request off and may impact any upcoming requests in the future.
Vacation Requests
- Must be submitted at least four weeks in advance.
- Paid vacation is available after one year of employment with CBA Sports LLC.
- One week of paid vacation after a full year of employment and one week every six months thereafter.
- Vacation must be taken for the entire week (Sunday through Saturday).
- Vacation is not accrued and is lost if not taken.
- If your vacation occurs during a paid holiday, you will not be paid holiday pay.
